Brad Wilson

Brad Wilson is the general manager at Kalamazoo Insurance, where he has been a key member of the team since January 2017. With over 15 years of managerial experience, Brad is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and managing both projects and processes to benefit clients and team members. His extensive background in leadership, including his time as a VP branch manager for Chase Bank, allows him to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

What Brad enjoys most about his job is helping customers achieve financial security through their insurance choices. He finds great satisfaction in ensuring that clients are properly covered and can have peace of mind knowing their future is protected. His approach is simple but effective: ask plenty of questions and truly listen to clients’ concerns and needs. This focus on communication and understanding is what sets Brad apart in his field.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys traveling with his wife, Jen, and their two sons, Nolan and Landen. He’s an avid supporter of his kids’ sports activities, attending games whenever he can. The family’s dog, Frank, is also an important part of their lives, keeping things lively at home.

Brad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Western Michigan University and is passionate about continuous learning and growth, both personally and professionally. His dedication to his family, clients, and team makes him a trusted and approachable leader at Kalamazoo Insurance.
